I know a hunter barrel has no sights but does it have a tamer/brake on it?

Both of my 7-30 Waters Hunter barrels have the factory break and didn't have sights or a screw holes to put them.

I have two stainless Hunter barrels and both have sights. One is a 7-30 and the other is 35 Rem.

14" hunter barrels - no sights, muzzle tamer
12" hunter barrels - sights, muzzle tamer
16" hunter barrels - sights, muzzle tamer
