On March 3, 1836, Travis sends a message to the Texas government.

His message ends, "God and Texas! Victory or Death!"

March 4, 1836
General Santa Anna and his generals met today to determine a course of action against the Alamo.  It is believed that a force of 200 or so Texicans are holding out against Santa Anna's approximately 5000 troops.
Several small scrimishes have already taken place.
The Alamo is commanded by LTC Willilam Barrett Travis.  Also inside this old Spanish church are David Crockett and James Bowie.
