Good 375 Winchester Load?

Anyone have a good 375 winchester load with either 200 grain Sierra's or 220 grain Hornady bullets.  I have most of the powders used to load this caliber but would be willing to try anything.  

Just starting load development on this round for my Encore barrel.  At $27 for 20 factory I can afford to reload this round.

I have loaded up 50 rounds of 220 gr Hornady's with RL-7 and AA1680.  I'll see what I get this weekend.

The 375 Win has been a favorite of mine since Marlin chambered the 336 for it! I too had some difficulty finding a good load. I wanted to use the Hornady 220 gr bullet as well.

My load I finally found is a popular one for the 375 win. it is 38.5 grs of RL7 and a 220 Hornady bullet. It fills the case completely and is compressed. Work up to it as it is fine in my Marlin w/safety and Contender barrels but a bit hot for my pre safety 375 Marlin. It shoots about 1" @ 100 in the Contender bbl and under 2" in the Marlins at the same distance.

I have shot at least a half dozen white tails and one Hog with this load and performance is as expected...devastating!!  A friend shot the hog and it was a big one, tipping the scales at better than 400 lbs dressed!! Thru and thru penetration with a quarter sized exit hole.

I have used the 200 Sierra with the same load and it loads easier and shoots about as well.

quickdtoo...I have looked at the websites and thanks for the links.  I also appreciate the info from "cwlongshot".  

I've loaded up 235 gr Speer, 220 gr Hornady and 200 gr Sierra. My Sierra manual stated that 37.8 grs of RL-7, this is supposed to be their most accurate load.  This is something I needed to have since I was going to purchase some factory rounds to get the scope sighted in before the load testing began.  But at $27 for 20 seemed steep.  I loaded up 10 rounds of 200 grainers with 37.8 of RL-7 and 10 with 34 grains of IMR-4198.  I figure I can get it sighted in with these and load test with the rest.  My luck one of these will be the best shooter and the rest of the work will be for not.  Although this is not bad I suppose.

Well after a few days at the range they Encore shined.  My 375 Winchester is a shooter, 5 shot 100 yard group of 1.263 with the following load:

Winchester case
RL-7, 37 grains
Hornady 220 gr FP
CCI  BR-2 primers, I've switched to them for most everything...even for this type of stuff.
2.560 OAL

No visual signs of pressure and very pleasant to shoot.
