does any one here owne one? and is it as accurate as Tradition's advertise? the price ain't to bad how's fit and finish?  how's the accuracy with ball's, conical's, sabot's, or power belt's? I'm interested in to have more of a challenge, thanks kjg

do you mean the buck hunter pro???? i have the nickle 9 1/2" and use 50gr. of pyrodex loose with a 223gr. powerbelt. i can hit targets at 25yrds. on the open sights. i do want to get a scope for it though. i have shot it with 60gr. but its a handfull. they say it will take 80?????[/url]

Ya thats the one I'm looking at, how do you rate fit and finish, have other traditions weaponns (primitive), wow you said 80 grains max, shhezzzz sounds like a true hand cannon , does that safty work good? I'm looking at the same gun you have and have a pistol scope for it, I think with in 40 yards and scoped it would be a fun and accurate shooter, I see traditions came out this year a .45 nickle and fluted barrel that one would be  fun as well. thanks for the input.  kjg

Is it powerfull enough for whitetails? I have been trying to find a T/C Scout pistol, but can`t find one. This one looks interesting :D Jack.

overall fit is comfortable, but i would like to find a rubber grip. finish is so-so on the frame, but for the price I'm happy. the safety works fine. I'm sure it would be powerful to take down a deer but you cannot hunt with it in PA. muzzle loading long guns only.
