The only "bad" I can find with the BC's is-the factory sights dont allow enough range adjustment for heavier slugs at longer ranges. Too much much bullet drop, you end up holding over your target.
A lower front site from Lyman or Williams and a FP model Williams or Smith Buckhorn flipup rear helps alot for making longer shots.
I dont shoot too many heavy slugs(405gr+), only to play around with on groundhogs half out of their holes.
