ATV For The Small land holder

I live on 10 acres and want to put in a few small food plots. Probably 3 ac. total.
Any suggestions as to which make/model ATV works well with tillers, blades, spreaders and sprayers?
 
Or, would I be better off with a small tractor.

Personally I think you'd be better off with a small tractor.

I first got a Yamaha Bruin 350 for use around my small farm. It has worked well pulling my 17 Cu. Ft. trailer hauling all manner of dirt, rocks, gravel and such around the place. I tried using it to so a little smoothing and leveling work but it didn't perform so well. In fairness I tried to jury rig something rather than having the proper tool for it to pull.

The Bruin is strong and pulls the trailer with over a ton of dirt or gravel fine. But it has limits.

I finally broke down and bought a John Deere 790 tractor, with 6' finish mower deck, box blade and a front lift with bucket. Man I wish I'd done that years ago. Can get more work done in a day with it than in a month without it. Cost was about like buying a 4x4 Mule type ATV.

Graybeard is 100% right,you can buy a used tractor or skid steer and do plenty.As far as atv's I've had many right now I have 10 acres and a Polaris Ranger which I like.I like the dump box and the pulling ability.I mow with mine and realy like haulin the grandkids around.Rangers are way better than big atv's

If I was buying an atv today,I'd buy 350 or 400 with 4x4,front locker and get around as well as the bigboys maybe better.

I was thinking tractor but my son (15yr) is twisting my arm for an ATV.
I have about 100yds of gravel driveway and parking that would be better served with a front loader and box blade.

Definitely a small tractor. Mainly because of the cost of the ATV specific implements. IMHO, absolutely outrageous.
It's not to difficult to find reasonably priced 3pt implements or decent used ones for a tractor. Just get a tractor that has a category 1 3pt hitch. category 0 implements can be tough to find, especially used ones.

most manufacturers of ATV attachments such as plows, discs etc,, recommend a minimum of 400cc displacement for an atv motor. Weekend Warrior and similar companies all seem to be on the same page when it comes to ATV size when using their products...
