Well I just got a .444 Marlin from Johnly.I mounted a 2.5x7 T/C scope and went shooting.This thing is not bad at all it is A KICK TO SHOOT I LOVE IT.I just shot some factory ammo and sited it in at 100yrds 2" groups with fatory ammo not bad.I cant wait to reload.I'll keep you guys posted.

Hey, KYODE no it's for the Contender it's a Super-14 with out a muzzle brake

PJ, glad to hear that the 444 is shooting well for you.
I always wondered how well a scope would handle the recoil of the 444, thanks for answering the question. The recoil of the 240 gr. factory ammo isn't too bad, but just wait until those 300 grainers take you for a ride.
