Do any of you people do anything different when you call bobcats, or do you just call as if you were calling coyotes??? What's some tips or secrets?? Thanks for the help.

Stay longer on the stand and use a decoy if you can. And i like to use a woodpecker sound or a jackrabbit sound on them. And hunt around the thick stuff where cat's like to live. VM

Excellent advice.  The only thing I would add is to use a mouse “squeaker” to coax them in close.  Lawdog

I'm pretty much in there with the others.

I mainly use higher pitched calls, at lower volume, and if you don't sit for at least 30 minutes(an hour is better) perfectly still, you're just wasting your time. I have had bobcats come running in like foxes, but usually I'll see one taking off as I'm starting to stand up. I once had a very big cat sneak in to about 25 yards of me in the snow! They can be extremely sneaky when coming in.

I hunt for them near over grown clearcuts, and along bluffs in the thickets mainly, but have had a couple come across wide open fields from those areas.

Thanks for the replies... Been seeing a big one crossing the road near my property. Have seen him twice. Just waiting for bow season to end so I can try to call him in.  Ton of coyotes around the property this year also.. should be a fun winter..

Seen a good bobcat late friday i was walking back to the truck from my deer stand. He seen me about the time i seen him. The wind was blowing hard i guess that is how i right to him. He was a nice one. He cross the high line right a way and went into a ticket. I am going back after him when deer season is over. And carring my Rem SP 10ga with Federal copper plated BB's 2 1/4 oz load should work on him or any fox or coyote i may call in hope to get the cat. VM :D
