talked to nef today and....

i placed an order for a cinnamon laminated pistol grip non monte carlo buttstock today
i forgot to ask what the shipping charge on it was so i called back
when i called back the same lady that took my order told me that they had never made a non monte carlo cinnamon laminated stock like i wanted!!! so what do i do now??
i told her i had seen one with my own eyes on here
she started sounding rude to me so instead of cussing her out i just said ok councel my order
anyways isnt there someone else i can talk to there that would know what is going on there??
any help on this matter would be appreciated

Call back again..  you'll probably get another person to take your order.  ....they probably will know better.

They only list a straight grip and the Monte Carlo in their 2004 Retail Parts list. The only full pistol grip stocks listed are walnut or black finish.
