Can the Winchester Model 94 Legacy handle the new Hornady 30-30 pointed ammunition 's pressure?

In this day of frivolous lawsuits, you can bet that Hornady's lawyers would not have allowed the ammo to be released if it wasn't safe in any 30-30. Just don't load pointed projectiles in the magazine.

I haven't seen anything except internet discussion on this, but my understanding is the difference is a rubbery pointed tip on the bullet. I haven't seen anything to expect it will generate more pressure than any other factory standard ammo. And my assumption is since this is designed to safely perform in lever action weapons with tubular actions is that it is safe to use. You may want to go to Hornady's web page to get more data.
