Remington 7400 .270
« on: November 06, 2005, 04:36:45 PM »
I found a Remington 7400 .270 for $300.00 brand new in the box from a local store.  Can anyone advise if this is a good price or should I pass up this deal?  I would mainly use it for hunting.  They also have a Weatherby Vanguard .7mm mag. for $300.00.  Both are synthetic stocks.

Thanks

I'd go with the Remington but that's just me  :D

I bought the remington 7400 .270 brand new in the box for $275.00.  It sounded like a good deal.  He had 1 more left and I almost bought it also!  Do you think I should go back or pass it up!

NIB 7400 Synthetic goes for 400-450 in these parts so it sounds like ya got a good deal, price on the Weatherby don't sound bad either, would be a good excuse to get a back up gun.
