I too have purchased a 550B within the last year and I'm here to tell ya that this incident will bring me to pay considerably more attention to my loads as I too load for a 6" Anaconda 44 mag.  Thanks for posting this, it is a very sharp reminder that reloading and shooting require the highest state of alertness to be done safely.
