I like the Remington 541T Blonde tiger maple stock made in 94. Extremly accurate. In 17 HMR I like the CZ Varment.
When I was a kid many years ago I was deadly with the Win. 67 single shot. I just bought one and it brings back a lot of memoires.

My favorite rifle, rimfire or other, is my Anschutz 1712.  I use it for smallbore silhouette.

Although my 10/22 is the best 22 I ever shot, I still like to shoot my Win 77 (tubular) which my dad gave me 53 years ago when I was 10. Although the old gun now jams from time to time after thousands of rounds through it, I can still do 3" groups at 50yds with iron sights.

I must add that while it was not my first choice (yet) that CZ 452 is starting to "grow" on me...LOL

Mine is the 452 Special w/ hardwood schnabel stock. Although the iron sights are some of the best stock ones I've seen in many a moon, I still need a scope ( I'm 70 ) so I have a Tasco pronghorn 4X32 on it with Millet angle-locks..seems to hold well and is adequate for hunting. I am a hunter and do a bit of target shooting..only to sight in or otherwise augment my hunting skills.

As you can see by my earlier post on this thread, I have a number of .22s and perhaps if I had used it more the CZ would be my favorite...

The CZ is due to get more use very soon, as the weather gets more hospitable for squirrel hunting ..and then comes woodchucks..

I would have to say it is the Remington Nylon 66. With the Glenfield Model 60 coming in a close second. Also like my Remington 522 Viper. ;D

The Marlin 39A that my wife gave me for Christmas this past year.  It's just a sweet gun!

I wonder if the spring in the tube is weak causing the jams?  BTW I like the 10/22 because of the rotary magazine and wonderful gizmos I can modify it with. My 10/22 never stays as it is. It's like my garage: there's always something different in it.

Marlin model 100. $15 at a yard sale. Shoots very well for crude iron sights.

I guess it would be my H&R Plainsman 865. It shoots great with Federal Bulk or CCI MiniMags. Also works well with CCI CB shorts!
Second favorite would probably be my Marlin/Glenfield Model 60.

Personally I have used a BLR-22. Got rid of it 20 years ago after my dumb-azz brother short stroked the action and bent a small piece in the action. The gun was never any good after that and I don't think I'd buy another one based on that experience.

I've long wanted one of the little Browning auto-loaders, but have no experience with them. Likewise I've always like the Ruger 10-22's but have never actually owned one.

The old reliable Cooey 60, bolt action with tube magazine is a nostaligic favorite. When I was a kid in 1960's Ontario pretty much every farm house had one of these on a rifle rack in the kitchen or leaning in a corner at the back door. Great old rifles. I guess today the Savage bolt action .22's are the equivalent.

We had an old Remington pump (turn-of-the-century) that was passed down from my Grandfather. I don't know what the model of that gun was. It had the screw on the side of the receiver to take it down. When the gun was broken down like that it would fit in a pool cue case. My older brother "stole" the gun when my father died; actually he took every one of Dad's guns... the cheap S.O.B. ...

I have always wanted a Marlin 39A and just ordered one yesterday.

I believe the finest all-around .22 you can buy today is the CZ-452 in it's various styles.

I've got a Remington Nylon 10c in mohawk brown. It's a close relative to the model 66 only it has a 10 shot clip. It was my grandfathers and the only 22 I've ever owned and probably the only one I will ever own! I shoot it with open sites and it's done everything I've ever needed it too.

Although I don't have or have never had any of the higher end guns mentioned here. Of all the 22 rimfires I've owned the CZ-452 gets my vote.  Although I do have a Winchester 67 that is pure pleasure to squirrel hunt with, using open sites and a little of that Kentucky windage.

Winchester Model 52 A - inherited - $0.00 cost....Weaver T36 1/8 MOA ($400) = tackdriver!  Made in the 1920's - Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y.....it doesn't get any better.  $3.00/50 Wolf MT = satisfaction!!!!

Own a Henry at the present time. Very happy with this lever action. I still miss the Mossberg Palamino i grew up with. Taken many woodchucks in my youth on the farm with this rifle. should have never sold it. It would be considered a "classic" today. :'(

Tough to say but I suspect that it would be one of these FN's.

Modified 10/22.  Just finished adding all Volquartsen parts, then topped it with a Sightron S1.

I really like the Anschutz's but can't afford them...

Mine is my Henry H004 Goldenboy 22Mag. The smoothest action I have ever seen on a lever gun! Deadly accurate with iron sights. I will never put a scope on it as that would ruin the fine lines of this beautiful firearm.

I really like my CZ BRNO Model 2-E Sportster Target Rifle.    In High School, I spent 4 years on the Small Bore Rifle Team.   We used Remington 40-X .22 Cal International Match Rifles, so when I read about the BRNO I had to try one.
My Rossi clone of the Winchester Pump brings back memories of my childhood, but the BRNO is a top notch .22 in my book. :D
