Stock Replacement question
« on: November 09, 2005, 04:46:48 PM »
If I was wanting one of them there fancy stocks like Mac and some others have, how would one go about getting such? My handi .223 came
with the synthetic stock but sure would like to have one of them there
fancy laminate stocks for it <G>.
Actually, is there a place where I could order wooden stocks (not the
plain jane stuff that NEF has - but like the laminate or fancier wood)
stocks for my Handi?

Tom, you can buy the fancy Laminate stocks direct from H&R or place a WTB (want to buy) in the classified section of this H&R forum. Also you might try trading your synthetic set either with or without some cash for a Laminate set. Who knows, there may be someone out there that wants a synthetic set and has laminates to trade for them...Good Luck....<><....

Quickdtoo has a set of the Gunstocks Inc. stocks up for trade in our classifieds...http://www.graybeardoutdoors.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=75318

He was wanting a 44 mag barrel and hasn't had any offers posted for it yet...you might want to PM him and see if he wants to sell them outright to ya...

Mac - thanks for the reply but, only problem with those stocks is that
unfortunately, I'm a southpaw and those are definately right handed
stocks....bummer...would be fun finishing them and putting on.
I'll check out that GUNSTOCKS site and see if I can find something
that catches my eye.
