Opinions on Remingtons XR 100 Rangemaster

Anyone have one of these?I just got one this week in .204 Ruger.I don't have it scoped up yet,so it hasn't been shot.I'm thinking about topping it with  a Mueller eradicator 8.5-25x50 cause thats what I can afford. But it will eventually have a Leupold riding it.Looking for opinions on how well these models shoot.Particularly in .204.It seems to be a very well made rifle with a 40x adjustable trigger and an action modeled from the xp 100 handguns that were made in .221 fireball.I also like the thumbhole laminated stock.

Mine is a 223---only had it out once but it handled every load I put through it very well. I hope to play with it a little more real sone and start to find out what it will do.
