For my 45-120 conversion I have a reamer rented from www.reamerrentals.com and these guys are pretty good. The quality is good, it's sharp and the price is right. For the reamer, a set of gauges (go/no go) and shipping plus insurance in case I break it the total cost was around $40.

WOW ... took the little fella out this afternoon while I cruised the local mountains looking for firewood.

When I bought the rifle it came with an "inexpensive" 2.5x post reticle scope that was mounted to the longest scope base i have ever seen.  i took the survivor stock off and put on some synthetic furnature i had laying around.  Got a proper H&R scope base and put the 2.5x back on.

It Shot two 5 shot groups OFFHAND at 50 yards that you could cover with a DIME using cheap Amercan Eagle 158gr. JSP.

It shot NOTHING larger than 1" at 50 yards ... this barrel is a shooter!!!!!!!!!

DJ, wherever you are please come home soon and check your PM's ...

Like you gents have said, I REALLY need to Max this barrel and see what it will do with some 180gr. and 200gr. bullets.

I did mine with DJ's reamer and I have a suggestion.  The throat is a little long on mine, I can't get a 180gr cast bullet to engrave the lands.  If I had it to do again, I'd try putting a washer on the reamer to make it bottom out sooner for a shorter chamber area, then I would test my desired load to see how it fit.  I wish mine was about a 1/16 shorter in the throat.  I dunno if this would work, but you can always take it off and ream to full depth if it doesn't.  From my chamber impression, it looks like you could shorten it by about that 1/16 before the brass started getting into the throat.  Of course if you aren't planning to shoot cast and be anal about like I am getting accused of, this probably is a non-issue for you.
The funny thing is, Badnews Bob reamed his with it the day before I did and his is fine.  His will push boolits back into the case where mine won't.  :?

good luck,
