need recipes for deer shoulder and ham from

I had a friend give me 2 shoulders and a ham from a doe he got.
Have no clue on how to use it since I don't own a grinder. He cut them up and had it in cold iced salted water. Killed on Saturday, I just dryed the meat off real good ,wrapped it in wax paper then foil.
I need some easy recipes, I do own a crockpot and a stove. But not an outside grill.

That "ham" can be sliced into some nice steaks. About 1/2 inch thick is just about right for pan-frying. Fry in butter with onions, or make Chicken Fried Steak, mmmmn!
I like to grind the shoulders with a very coarse blade for chili, but if you have the time, and a sharp knife, dicing it up 1/2 inch or smaller cubes will work very well. 1 inch cubes will make some good venison stew, too. Use in any beef stew recipie you like. I like to brown the meat in bacon fat first.
