What do you all think the odds of H&R selling just the plain SB2 frames like those other guys do .

Is there a chance that there is a market for such a product .

I for one would love to have a spare one around , Just in case .

Nope ain't gonna happen I don't think. Too much liability costs and lawyer fees and retainers to cover.

Just thinking outloud mostly.

Now to convince H&R that tinkering and hand fitting are part of what makes their rifles and shotguns FUN  :-D  :-D

Besides i have owned the other type and just don't like them  :oops:

You can buy a handi in a popular cal, take it apart and sell the barrel and stock and have a frame for way less than you could ever buy a new one for if they even sold it seperate.  Larry
