I OWN .300 SAVAGE RIFLE & WOULD LIKE TO LOAD MY SHELLS ,I HAVE TUBAL 5000 ,IMR 3031 .I AM PLANNING TO LOAD 150 Grns & 165 Grns BULLETS .CAN ANYONE SUGGESTS LOADS  :-)

IMR 3031 is a good .300 Savage powder.  The suggested loads on the IMR powder page work.

I had not heard of Tubal Powder until this post.  Cannot comment on it.

A couple of other favorite .300 Savage powders are AA2015BR and IMR4064.  

If you have a problem getting cases once fired military 7.62 NATO cases resized with Small Base RCBS dies, and trimmed to length work great.
There is a learning process to effectively using a gps.  Do not throw your compass and map away!

161 Varget

For 150's:
IMR-3031 From 32.4 grains to 40.2 grains
 Remington 9-1/2 Primer

For 165's:
IMR-3031 From 30.0 grains to 39.4 grains
 Remington 9-1/2 Primer
