Took a nice 8 point on Friday, opening day in Illinois and filled my antlerless tag this morning with a mature doe. Both fell to my Contender 357 Max.

I have a a muzzleloader tag I can use in the second season.

Congrats on the goats

I tagged out in IL (Peoria Co.) Saturday. Waited several times for bucks to follow the does, no dice. I like to eat & you can't beat a nice doe, so there we go.

Took some 35mm photos and had Wal Mart put them on a CD, worked pretty well.

It would be great fun to hunt with gun like that here but with the damned government we have in canada do not see that happening in my lifetime!!! Nice deer way to go!!
