which sights are on new handi's?????

I just bought a 30-30 handi a month ago, and it came with williams sights which are nice, but i prefer the old chunky ones with the big front ramps and really square rear sights with adjusting screws.....now, the 2005 catalog shows most rifles with sights as the old style....are all the new rifles going to have these new smaller williams sights?...can you still get extra barrels with the old sights??....

Everyone that has bought acc barrels with sights lately have got the Williams sights. The best way to find out if H&R has whatcha want is to call or email them and ask, it's always possible that they have an older style barrel in the caliber you want with the old sights on it, wouldn't hurt to ask.

One of the clerks at my local gun shot just bought a 500S&W and it came with PLASTIC sights!!!!!!!!  Plastic ramp and plastic sight blade.  I encouraged him to call H&R and talk LOUD!

Had a cva 50 cal. muzzle loader with plastic sights on it.....Ten rounds later front sight blew right off and gone......Metal is forever plastic is not {Junk}..... Just for the record they were not williams sight on that 50 cal...Maybe they came up with some better plastic....I can't believe i said that...METAL METAL

My 45/70 handi came with the williams sights which i prefer over the ones they show on the rifles in there catalog.
