North Central Texas rut?

I have been told it should be in full swing, last Saturday I saw five does and not one was pulling a buck. I was also told that the bucks may be with other does and are not moving. Could this be the case? Thanks, oktx.

11/16/2005, saw bucks with nose to ground hounding the you know what out of does.......These were young bucks, and the does looked as if they were running for their lives.
