How light can you get one of these rifles, say a 357 Max or 45 colt? I always looked at the Rossi because they seemed to be advertised as being lighter.
Could you get a handi down to 5# if you shortened the barrel and skeletonized the stock and did
?.

You may make five pounds with a short thin barrel and cut up stock, but just barely, and no scope. Larry
