Custom Encore barrel's in Canada

Hi there, I'm new to this great site. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I can get custom encore barrels up here in Canada?. I live in beautiful British Columbia and own a T/C omega and was wanting to get an encore for centerfire cartridges that the factory doesn't offer. Any help would be appreciated :-) .

hey johnnybear, welcome!! I'm in winnipeg, been looking for the samething too. They prefer that we not use specific company names here, so send me a p.m. and I'll tell you who I've found. can you drive across the border to get it, or are you too far inland??

pretty well have to go over the border to purchase one.  The BATF has regulations on having firearms components exported and it is paper work for the dealer to get the item exported.  Although if purchasing a barrel in person and bringing it across the border, the cdn customs agents should allow it, as long as it doesn't change the status of the firearm from non-restricted to restricted...then you can have all kinds of questions asked.
