I want to try making my own paper nitrate paper.  How much potassium nitrate do you mix with what amount ot water?

I believe that there have been several discussions of this in the Cap and Ball forum. I am loading for a revolver, so I just use Zigzag cigarette paper. Sorry I can't help you more, but I'll leave that to people who have actually done it.
