Top of the morning to all!!It's a lovely day in sw Ga. Just thought I would pass on a recent experience with the Kershaw(Kai) knife folks that was a pleasure. I has purchased a Kershaw hunting knife while in Hot Springs , Ark. a number of years ago-very similar to their current "Deer Hunter". One of the best knives I've ever had. It skinned and cut up many a Georgia critter over a period of 20+ years. For some unkown reason the metal in the handle broke and came apart while unsheating the knife. As a whim, I sent the knife back to Kershaw with a note and lo and behold a couple of weeks later I was thoroughly surprised at the arrival of a brand new knife at no cost. These really appear to be good folks that stand behind their product. They deserve a couple of good attaboys!!! Over the years I've used two of their products and have had superior service from the knives!
