DROP-IN Triggers?

Are the drop in triggers really that simple or do I need a gunsmith like the advertisement says?I'm talking about the Wild West triggers.Anybody have one?I got an 1894 .357 carbine to trick out.I also am looking for a larger loop that wont cost my first born.Thanks for any help. :lol:

I put a Wild West Guns trigger in my 1894 Cowboy 32 H&R a few months ago.  Dropped right in, works perfectly.  Instant 3 pound crisp trigger.  

If you can turn a screwdriver, and push out one pin, you should be able to handle the job.  Mine required no adjustment, fitting, or other modification.  

Having said this, be sure to check yours for safety if you try it yourself.  Cock the (EMPTY!) rifle and bounce the butt lightly on a wood or carpeted surface to make sure the hammer doesn't drop on impact.  Also cock the (EMPTY!) rifle and lightly push on the back of the hammer.  It should not drop.  This way you know it doesn't push off due to insufficient sear engagement.  

The Wild West Trigger is a quality product in my opinion.
