Looking for Someone to cast .338" bullets
« on: December 12, 2005, 01:32:19 PM »
Hi folks, I'm new to this topic, but not new to the board.

We are looking for someone to cast up some +/- 225g .338" bullets.
They will be launched from 1000 to 1300FPS I would prefer them gas checked. Name your price.

Wills,

We are not set up for casting, and if business keeps up like it is I'll never have the time anyway.

.338 cal is the caliber, Forest, We have found someone for the time being that can supply what we need for now for the R&D portion of the project.

Forrest T    I use the 338 cast gascheck bullet in my 1886 Winchester chambered in 33 WCF.  They work well at 2000 fps.

I cast and load the Lee .338 gas checked boolit in linotype. They weigh about 210 grains in this alloy. If you are still in need of some, contact me at:
