Does anybody use hardcast wide meplat type ammo on deer? Just curious.

I have used hard cast, hollow points, soft points and all have taken deer. When I decide to use hard cast, I like the shoulder shots. The hard cast will work in the heart & lung shots, but with little or no expansion.
