Dating an Encore frame?

Hi!

I recently purchased a used Encore frame and was wondering if there is a site that will allow you to determine the year of manufacture based on the serial number, similar to the way Ruger has theirs set up.

I checked the T/C website but didn't see anything there.

Mine has serial number 97xxx.

Looking forward to shooting it. I have 5 Contender frames but this is my first Encore frame....now all I need is a brrel.

I only know of this site, but it only goes up to 2000, and the serial number for that year is a lot lower than yours, so your frame is probably only a couple of years old.
