any of the german RWS rifles(Diana) are decent as well as the german beeman rifles. The RWS 94(a spanish made gun) is very well liked as well as the Slavia 630 & 631.  All the webleys are considered top of the line and of course the welrouch line of guns as well.  If you want supior quality it would be best to stick to these brands and manufactures/importers.

Both are very good rifles but I would put the RWS 48 ahead of any GS series Beeman.  More power and better accuracy.  Of course side cockers and under levers are known for their accuracy which is why I prefer under levers and side cockers to any barrel break cocker.  I also consider that German made Diana made RWS rifle to be superior to the Spanish made Norica rifles.

Tech Force rifles are manufactured in China and imported by Compasseco, Inc. which then re-works them over.  Tech Force is the registered name belonging Compasseco.  They are of very good quality but nothing fancy.  No checkering and triggers are not adjustable for the most part.  But they are powerful and accurate.  Well suited for the shooter that’s on a budget or wanting to see if air guns are what they would enjoy.  I don’t recommend all Tech Force models but the ones I do are models 97, 99, 40 and the 25 in spring powered rifles and the models 50 and 51 in PCP powered.  Lawdog
