7mm bullets

I will order a barrel in either 7tcu or 7-30 in the next few days , What are the best suited bullets for pistol length barrels ??
The primary use will be target shooting .

I have no problem with either Ballistic tips or Partition. I have found if you can't group with these you have problems!

The gas-checked 168's work excellent, and you wont find anything better priced.  Me and P.J. took some up last year with my 10 inch 7 TCU, and they worked better out to 400 yds than 100 gr Sierras.  The Sierra's are also pleasant to shoot as well as the 100 gr. Hornady.  Very little recoil.
