Painting a Synthetic Stock
« on: December 27, 2005, 04:38:33 AM »
Guys,

I got one of these new Stevens M200 rifles and would like to paint the stock.

Any ideas on how to do this?  Types of paint?  What will stick?  Primer?

Not an expert, but I did my 200 this week with Krylon "Fusion" in matte colors.    Turned out well.
Show me yours and I will show you mine! :)

Have done two stocks with fusion so far. Great results. The second one was a ram-line stock on a 96 mauser. I did a reverse stencil layer technique in us wooodland sweeeeet.
