iv,e been wanting to do some deer and hog hunting with a pistol.
i used to have a 7.5inch blue ruger bisley in .45colt.
i sure wish i,d kept it! of all the guns i have sold, thats the only one i miss!
it was the perfect balance of power and portability, the long barrel (and sight radius) helped me shoot better. im not real good with short barrels.
it was in near perfect shape with a real set if ivory grips.
have any of you let something go that you missed later?

Only handgun I have owned that I don't now was a Buckmark I traded to my brother for a Single Six.  Don't regret it.
I've sold/traded off ab IBM M1 carbine, a 1st yr prod 10/22 RSI (old run) and a Remington 540.  Traded the 540 towrds the aforementioned 10/22.  Traded the Ruger for what I paid for it towards a #1.  Don't regret either transaction.  Can't recall what the M1 went towrds so it's obviously not missed too much.  Very, very leary about getting rid of anything now.

I RAN ACROSS A SS 5.5INCH BISLEY WITH BOTH CYLINDERS (45COLT AND ACP). IS $499 A GOOD PRICE? I ALWAYS THOUGHT THE 7.5 IN BARREL WAS A BIT LONG!

I traded off a Springfield Armory Trophy Match 1911 about a year ago. I am kicking my rear about every day now wishing that I had not done that.

At the time I did not shoot it that much and I saw a Kimber 8400 .300 wsm that has the nicest piece of wood on it I have ever seen on a stock rifle. Well I had to have it and did not have cash so the Trophy Match went toward the rifle.

Last summer I started shooting Bullseye and the Trophy Match would be a perfect rifle for that. Argh.
