What primers and powder do any use with Super .38 hand guns?

As a rule, the primer and powder combinations suitable for 9x19 (9mm Parabellum) are also good for the .38 Super.
I've had good results for over 30 years using 100-130 grain FMJ bullets and Unique and any standard small pistol primer.

My all-time favorite load is:
Bullet: Sierra 115 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point
Powder: 10.0 grains of Blue Dot
Primer: CCI-500
Case: Remington
Firearm: Colt 1911
Velocity: 1408 FPS @ 15' from muzzle
