.32 H&R barrel
« on: December 30, 2005, 11:05:35 AM »
I am thinking about having a barrel re-bord and chambered to .32 H&R mag.

Do you think a .22 mag bull barrel would work for this , If not what cal. barrel could be used .

Any ideas .

id been shooting3030 squib loads at tree rats about 5 years before i built a 32 mag out of a 308 h&r barrel blank i got from numrich...i shot 100 gr. plinkers out of it <that was lightest 308 dia, bullets i could find>...tried  reloads from the manuels were real weak out of the rifle.....but i souped up a 32 mag that was deadly for 50 yd shots at tree rats......but it had to be handloaded and the handloads would be to hot for anything other than my rifle...... i didnt have a pistol so it was ok 4 me.....it was stolen and thats the one gun i wish i had back.....brass life was shoten a little butnot to bad.....it was a good shooter......jb
