Turn around time is usually about 2-3 weeks, but they're gonna be behind since they're closed until the 7th. Lots of members here have replaced or repaired their transfer bars themselves. Parts are available from Brownell's or H&R. The parts are called a lifter and striker if you order from Brownell's.

I suggest call them when they get back from their winter vacation on the 7th. Explain and ask for a "call tag", that way it costs you nothing but time, they pay the shipping both ways. Ask they expidite the repair, it's a brand new gun and you want to coyote hunt (right?). also ask them to do the free trigger job while it's there. You should have it within 2 weeks from when you send it out....good luck....<><....

I sent mine back for repair (Brand New Gun)
I asked for a call tag, they said they do not issue one but they would
re-emberse $15.00 of the shipping cost.
It cost me $28.00 :(
