Is it just me or do others like a stiffer trigger pull , It seams that everyone wants a pull at about 3 to 3 1/2 pounds or less .

I have most of my rifles at anywear from 5 to 6 1/2 pounds .

The reason is that i know that i have to consentrate every time i pull the trigger .

Am i weard or what

I like mine around 3 pounds, heavy enough a gloved finger isn't likely to set it off accidentally, but light enough so it goes off when i want it to

Mitchell, that's probably what I'd want mine set at for bench or P-dogs,but I don't shoot for either.do you hunt deer with that light of a trigger?

i do coyote hunt with my light triggers but my deer hunting trigger is set right about 3 lbs maybe a hair lighter.

i have used my light trigger on deer a few times but i really don't like to. it ok if you don't have gloves on but if you do its flat out dangerous

24oz on all field guns but don't mind a 16oz trigger on a varmint rifle.
