There is indeed a collector's market for ORIGINAL Remingtons, along with Winchester knives. I'm sure some poor folks out there are collecting the "NEW"versions also, and their grandkids might profit from that. Those old Remingtons were durned fine knives. I'm replying based on a bit of research I did at Bernard Levines forum and A.G. Russel, plus e-bay.
