T3 Tikka and 270wsm

I have been told by good source that the long throat on the Tikka's decreases the velocity by about 200fps.  Can I get confirmation on this statement?  Also do the CZ's put out normal velocity for that cartridge?

I saw a load on the Reloaders nest for the T3-270wsm  at 3400fps guse there is no problem with too much headspace.   Buckfever
