I have to disagree with some posters. I load for Encore barrels in 375 H&H Magnum, 270 Winchester, 308 Winchester, 7 mm/08 and 22/250 and only neck size for them via Lee Collet dies and have had no problems on multiple reloadings; ditto on Contender barrels in 357 Herrett and 222 Rem. An added benefit to collet dies is that I use no lube and thereby avoid a reloading step and a mess.
Of course, the cases I'm reloading for these barrels were originally shot in these barrels. If they had been initially shot in another barrel, then I might have problems.
Other things to consider if the loaded cartridges don't fit well; if you attempt to crimp a cartridge and wrinkle the neck even a little bit, it may not fit. If the bullet engages the lands (i.e., seated out too far) you may get a cartridge stuck. Your loaded cartridges should not require that Samson close the action. If the action closes easily, then you should be able to eject the cartridges without a problem. If the case is getting stuck in the body of the case just above the head of the cartridge, I would suspect the loads are a bit too hot.
