You think your post was lost only to find a double post.

Whatever buggered up the forum program made a real  job of it. The trouble of fixing and finding the bugs takes more time then writing the code in the first place.

Finding my own bug is even worse. Developed a very painful spacm in my right shoulder and it does not want to go away. Need to get an MIR it looks like it will spoil our holyday in Yuma. Already had a bunch of x-rays and sofar nothing conclusive was found.

Between pain killers I manage but not to my liking.

Sorry to hear about the shoulder problem Fred. Been going thru the same thing with mine. Doc seems to think mine is caused by my sleeping with my arm above my head and under 2 pillow.. says its causing alot of stress on my shoulder, which inturn is causing inflamation and spasms.

Hang in there Fred.. they'll get it figured out and get ya fixed up.

The problem that caused the double, triple and yes even quadruple posting was a total lack of confidence the posts went thru. The problem wasn't so much that they weren't going thru as that the screen to tell you it went thru wasn't available. Pretty much every time had you gone back and checked you'd have found it there. But sadly not 100% of the time.

Now what's this about a password? I don't know if that program is working or not. I have darn little confidence it is. So if you need to change I suggest you e-mail me.

Thankyou Mac,Roy, Tim and John for the get well wishes. Two pillows I think did it. Now I am sleeping with a very thin pillow, ice packs alternating with a heating pad.

A good sleep can not be had. When I get up I feel like gone through a ball mill.

Good Luck with your shoulder, Fred.  Will keep you in my prayers.  I have had shoulder problems like that from time to time.  I have figured out most of the things I do to aggrivate it and if I avoid doing those certain things it helps a lot.  I too have the pillow over the raised arm sleeping problem.  Dang, that's a hard habit to break.

Hang in there with the posts.  I have had the same problem.  It is getting better, though.  Site is really fast this morning and no "Glitches".

Fred I've had that problem with the shoulder over the years, and 2 1000 mg.'s of B 12 before bedtime has always brought relief. Try it for a few days and it should be fine in 3 days. Digger

Fred, Digger's "receipe for relief" sounds good, and not invasive either. Best of luck with the shoulder. I hope you get to go to Yuma this year, and to enjoy it also....<><....

Think hard on it if you consider shoulder surgery.  I had a bunch of trash in mine from 10 year old injury.  Then I tore the ligament from the collarbone to the shoulder.  This gave me bursitis.  The doctor offered to remove the bursa and polish up the end of the collar bone "aggressively".  Should have stopped right there when he said that....so 3 years later it hurts more often and worse than it did before.  It just hurts different now.  My right shoulder is an inch or so lower than my left one.  The problem is your muscles get all out of whack because the shoulder geometry is different...Okay, anyway.

Helpful tip that sounds obnoxious but is the truth:  figure out what makes it hurt and don't do that.  Anything that I do that causes numbness or tingling in my hand causes me to switch hands or to take a break.  Typing, driving, washing car, etc.

Hope it helps.
