Zee ring help

I am TRYING to put some MED zee rings on my handi with no luck. I cant seem to get them the fit on the rail,they seem to be to small for the rail. Im I going something wrong?

probaly not,they just fit pretty tight....you hafta slide them on from one end ( I know it's obvious,but just makin SURE ya know  :wink: )

I had to put a file to my rail in the cross slot because it had a little bit of lip and the bolt on the ring wouldn't go all the way across and meet squarely  :(
Good shot placement + well constructed bullet = DEAD

Thanks for all the help. It took a little file work on the base and a little tapping and they went right on :grin: Off to the range I will be in the am.  Thanks again.

Friday I bought a 223 handi standard barrel. Had the zee rings and a spare 3-9 banner in the safe. I am thinking of putting a higher power MUELLER scope on it but,the 3-9 will work for the range
