henry holden boy 17 ejection problem
« on: January 09, 2006, 07:47:00 AM »
I recently bought a henry 17hmr in the golden boy, it is one of the best looking, straighest shooting, and smoothest working guns i've used, but it does have a annoying problem.  About every ten shots or so, the casing will become stuck in the chamber, and the ejector hook will slip over it.  I checked the hook, it's sharp and seems to be working well.  I've cleaned and oiled the heck out of it, which helps a little bit, but the problem still persists.  Anyone similar experience?  Help?
