I am looking for a scope for a 25/06 my deer rifle and varmint rifle what size will work for both?

With the deer rifle, I would go with something in the standard 3-9x40 range. This is a great all around size and all the power you will need for any longer type shooting. As for the varmint rifle, take a look at the Nikon Buckmaster 6-18x40. Very nice scope for the money and hard to beat.

I have had a B&L 2.5-10 on mine for several years. Since it has become my designated Antelope gun, I put a 4.5-14 mil dot on it. That or a 6-18 like Optic Zone recommends would be a good choice. A lot depends on the terrain where you hunt. In actual usage, we tend to use more power than we need.

burris FFII with the ballistic plex reticle...that is what sits atop my Ruger #1 25 06...

On my .25-06, I bought an Elite 4200 4x-16x-40mm from Jon at the optic zone. Awesome scope, and it's magnification is great for deer hunting, varmint hunting, and general shooting range use.

You would be just as equally served with a Nikon or Elite scope in the 4x-12x range, but anything past 10x, I would get it with an AO.
