does H & R furnish a scope rail with a new barrel that they fit at the factory?

I'm not positive but I don't think they do. They are available at their website as well as the Hammer Extensions. :D

Read this link, it depends on which barrel you have fitted. If you order a rifle barrel with sights then no, but the ones without sights, yes. It will say below the group of barrels. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply, I shipped my receiver today for a .204 bull barrel, so according to the info furnished I should get a scope rail when it is returned.

Just for the record and kinda after the fact now I guess, but if you order an open sighted barrel and request that you get a scope rail instead of open sights they will do that at no extra charge. But if you want a scope rail as well as open sights then the extra charge for the rail will be applied.
