Does anyone know how to get the picture below my name on the right side? I tried to figure it out yesterday, but alas, I failed.
I assume you mean the avatars here in the forum.
From the choices next to the Graybeard logo at the top of the page, click on "Profile".
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page until you get to avatars.
You have three choices, pick an avatar provided, upload an avatar from your personal computer or enter a URL ie.

The picture needs to be at max 80x80 pixels and no more than 25K bytes so you'll probably need some image manipulation software to pare down your image.
