Right to private ownership of property

With the latest supreme court ruling, I'd like to point out that the key difference between communism and captilism in the right to private ownership of property.  Zoning issues continue to limit individual rights.

Many years ago a wise old man told me that if you think you own your property try not paying the taxes on it and you will quickly find out who really owns all the property in this nation.
The property will be placed on public auction to the highest bidder and sold.
You will receive what is left after the taxes and expenses have been paid.
You will be standing on the street with a check in your hand.
Ask any lawyer and I believe he will support what I've just written.
