Glock 22 ?
« on: January 17, 2006, 02:44:25 PM »
I'm able to buy a G22 like new and produced 9/93.  I can get it for $380.  Is this ok?  The 22 has about 500 rounds through it. Was there a problem with exractors then or anything else?

Bear wallow.

I am on my third G22 40 cal Glock and all i can say is they are great hand guns, As far as problems with Extractorors never happened, in fact i have had zero problems with any of mine they eat every-thing i put through them and click rite-along. I used them to qualify for my CCW, In my opinion they are great hand-guns. Good Luck :D ..........Joe........

I carried my G-22 on duty as a deputy and never had a problem on the range or the street.

A glock 22 is a fine pistol and new runs about $480 so your getting a good deal. P.S. these pistols will suposedly shoot 20,000 rounds easy so don't be conserned about 500 and DON'T buy aftermarket mags they suck.

The only difference may be the lack of finger grooves in the handles. My personal mod 23 is older like this, I prefer it. :D

I bought my G22 brand new in 1999. I've shot a little over 5000 rounds through it and it been perfict. I have a 1000 or so rounds through my G27 (new in 2003) and that's been just as good!

I was shooting my G22 at the range today. I had 165 gr bullets that were going 900 fps [reloads] and at 10 yds that gun shot a hole in the center of my target. Temp outside was 35 degrees. :D

The ISP are trading in their recently issued Model 22 Glock pistols for the Glock Model 17. I don't know why.

For all you Glock fans: Please don't shoot me; I'm just the messenger.
If at first you don't succeed, by all means try again. But if this doesn't work, give up, because there is no sense in making a darn fool of yourself.
