I decided to get out my recurve that my parents bought for me about 10 years ago. I am trying to find info on this bow. It looks similar to the Fred Bear Kodiak Mag
http://www.fredbearoutdoors.com/products/detail.tpl?Id=17But it has no manufacture name on it and the wood grain is not exactly the same color as the ad. the only markings on the recurve are the draw weight and specs which have been hand written with a small tipped white marker which is under the finish. can anyone tell me if Fred bear recurves have the Bear archery logo's on it, or did they manufacture any without the logo?
I phoned the store that my parents bought the bow off of and the salesman remembered my parents and told me that he had special ordered the bow in for some guy and he never came and picked it up so he sold it to my parents for his cost. He said the recurve retailed for $600.00 at the time. He said it was from bear archery but could not recall the model. I have no way of getting a pic on here so it may be hard to identify without actually seeing a picture of it. any help would be appreciated!
